How long is production time?
7-10 days from art approval for embroidery and 14-21 days from art
approval for silk screening. Promotional items take 3-4 weeks. Rush
jobs are available

Are you open on weekends
No…only by appointments.

Do you offer special rates for non-profit organizations?
Yes, we currently work with non-profit and charity organizations

How much is embroidery?
The cost of embroidery depends on the number of stitches, the size
of the logo, the type of garment and the number of pieces ordered.

How many stitches is my logo?
E-mail it to us. In most cases, we can get back to you the same
day.
6.
How much is silk screening?
We charge $25 per screen, per color. We also charge a $250 setup
fee for artwork if camera-ready art is not supplied. Restrictions
do apply.
7.
How is art accepted?
Art is accepted through e-mail. Camera-ready art is accepted as
Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator 9, freehand, and we also accept .eps
files.
8.
Are rush services available?
Yes, rush service is available at the following fee schedule: 2-day
service= 50%; 4-day service = 25%. Simply give a call or e-mail
us with details of your deadline and order.
9.
What are the minimums?
One dozen for embroidery, and 18 dozen for silk screening.
10.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept checks, cash, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and
Discover.
11.
Do you have an in-house art department for creating original art?
Yes, we have an in-house art department and can create anything
you or your company needs
